About Omnioto

Omnioto is an AI task manager built by one person who got tired of task apps that felt like work.

The problem

Every productivity app I tried had the same issue: they made me do all the organizing. Create a task, pick a date, set a priority, assign a project, choose a label. By the time I finished setting up the task, I'd lost the motivation to actually do it.

The idea

I wanted something that felt like texting a really organized friend. You say "remind me to call the dentist tomorrow morning" and it just happens. No forms, no dropdowns, no friction. Just tell it what you need to do, and it handles the rest.

That's how Omnioto started — as a personal tool I built for myself. A chat-based AI assistant that creates tasks, sets reminders, organizes projects, and remembers your preferences over time.

What makes it different

Omnioto isn't a traditional task manager with an AI chatbot tacked on. The AI is the interface. Everything you do — adding tasks, setting reminders, managing projects, asking questions — happens through conversation.

  • Memory that persists. Tell it you prefer morning meetings, and it remembers next time. Mention your team members once, and it knows them forever.
  • Voice mode. Manage tasks completely hands-free. Talk naturally, and it listens, understands, acts, and responds out loud.
  • Smart prioritization. It looks at your deadlines and tells you what to tackle first. No manual sorting needed.

Who's behind this

My name is Sayed Zakriya — most people call me Zak. I'm a solo founder building Omnioto. I design it, build it, and use it every day. There's no big team or venture funding behind this. Just one person trying to make a genuinely useful tool.

If you have feedback, ideas, or just want to say hi, I'd love to hear from you at support@omnioto.com.

The mission

Make task management effortless through AI that remembers. That's it. No bloated feature lists, no enterprise dashboards. Just a smart assistant that helps you stay on top of your life.
